Members present- Amy Brown, Herb Lohse, Patty Kamas, Dan Rude , Bill Burns, John Larson , Michele Willard, Stacie Penn, Craig Waldron, Ted Lillie, Jack Buckley and Frank Orsella.
City Update - Pastrami Tommy celebrates Grand Opening, major expansion of Harley Automotive facility at 7161 55th St. - There are plans for construction of the Animal Emergency Clinic at 12th and Helmo. We received an update on Tanners Lake Development - the city expects to received a more concrete plan in June.
School Update - Herb Lohse updated us about the stimulus package and they are not expecting much and the details of how they can use the money. He mentions how proud we should be of our high school students at Tartan and North High in regards to DECCA.
Sharing Membership List discussion - We had much discussion as to allow people to mass email advertisement for their businesses. We agreed that a better way would be to allow members to advertise on our website.
Officer Election Update - John announced Dan Rude is willing to run for the Vice President’s seat on the Board. I others are interested they are to contact John. We will hold elections in June to prepare for the formal transition to take place in October.
June Picnic Update - we discussed whether or not we should have companies sponsor this event or just have OBPA pick up the cost. We will discuss this further in another upcoming meeting.
Scholarship Meeting Update - We will have a combined meeting for May doing committee highlights and Scholarships due to a big test on the same day as our meeting.
Purchase OBPA projector discussion - Dan Rude researched the purchase of a Optima projector for use by the OBPA. This will enhance our presentations and make the meetings run more smoothly. The cost of the projector is under $1000. Frank motioned to approve and it was seconded by Michele.

Guest Speaker – Frank Orsella announces the Speaker for April will be Larry Eberhart and Pat Kenne - "The State of the Local Real Estate Market"
Adjourn – The meeting was adjourned at 1: 05.
The next General Meeting is April 2nd at Oak Marsh at 11:15.
The Next Board Meeting is April 16th - location to be announced.
