Members present- Bill Burns, Nicole French, Kim Duitsman, John Larson, Frank Orsella, Stacie Penn, Tony Schwartz, Amy Brown, Ric Pace, Herb Lohse, Ted Lillie, Dan Rude, Larry Eberhard, Michele Willard, Craig Waldron, Rick Timm, Jack Buckley, Rich McNamara, Angie Propp, Jasper Berg and Patty Kamas.
City of Oakdale- Craig Waldron reports 3M and the City have begun construction on the new well in Goodwin park on 40th Street with completion slated for late spring.
· Property Tax Statements – 0% impact for the average homeowner
· Project 3/50 – John Larson spoke before the EDC at their December meeting. The EDC concurred with the City Council’s direction to support this project in the community and to support our local, independent businesses as well as all businesses in Oakdale.
· Oakdale Mall Negotiations – The City continues to negotiate very actively with the property owner, who is located in California in regard to purchasing the mall. Stay tuned.
· Winter Wonderland – the City is looking forward to the Winter Wonderland December 19th from 9 – 1.
Gold Plate 2010 Team – Nicole French reports the theme is Under The Big Top on February 4th. Still looking for volunteers to help with silent auction. Get your wine donation to her sooner than later. Still looking for live auction items of $500 or higher.
HHH – John Larson – reports they served over 400 people this year. 279 were children and 121 adults. He suggested the funds available be set aside for next year’s program with that of the proceeds from the Gold Plate Dinner.
503C- Jack Buckley discussed the pros and cons of setting up the 503c. We are first going to proceed with updating the bylaws and articles of incorporation then have further discussion regard whether or not to pursue the 503.
Winter Wonderland – Marc Cove – handed out fliers for the event December 19th from 9-1. Looking forward to another huge turnout.
Dan Rude – motioned to donate $100 to Yesteryears Sleigh Ride – Ted Lillie seconded it.

Guest Speaker - Frank Orsella reports that Beth Pinkney will be speaking on the Past, Present and Future of the Winter Carnival.
